[c-nsp] IP Communicator and MS RDP

According to the release notes from Cisco IP Communicator 2.0(2) (the latest
version of the softphone app), the bug CSCeb55414 says that "Communicator
does not support Terminal Services."

SYMPTOM
 An error message is prompted indicating that "No Stream Capable Device were
found on this machine using the following access method, Wave
GetFirstStreamableDevice return NULL "

CONDITION
 Launching the Cisco IP Communicator while remotely connected via Terminal
Service. 

WORKAROUND
 None. Using the app remotely is currently not supported.
