[c-nsp] FWSM activation kaey

In the following FWSM module i haven't used any activation key and i'm getting "The Running Activation Key is not valid".
So, do i need an activation key and why?

The flash activation key is the SAME as the running key.

I know that if i want more Security Contexts than the default 2+1, then i need to buy the appropriate license (20,50,100,250), but 
does it have any relationship with the activation key?
