[c-nsp] FWSM activation kaey

Like many I guess we queried the same thing with our first FWSMs. It does
seem a little misleading.

In the following FWSM module i haven't used any activation key and i'm
getting "The Running Activation Key is not valid".
So, do i need an activation key and why?
