[c-nsp] upgrading WS-X6K-SUP1A-2GE to sup720 3bxl on 6509

You will need to ensure that you have at least a 2500W PSU
, Part no WS-CAC/2500W (now EOS I think , I guess nearest equiv. would 
be WS-CAC/3000W)

You will also need the upgraded fan2 module, part number
WS-C6K-9SLOT/FAN2 or WS-C6509-NEB/FAN2 for the NEB version.

Without the increased power and increased cooling the supervisor will 
not operate.
