[c-nsp] VPDN - Stop accepting new sessions

I don't think you can do exactly what you want, but you can put a "hard coded" limit, over which no sessions will be allowed.
The maximum number of VPDN sessions can be configured :
1) globally using the vpdn session-limit command
2) at the level of a VPDN group using the session-limit command
3) for all VPDN groups associated with a particular VPDN template using the group session-limit command
Probably number 2 would be the best option for you.
