[c-nsp] disable errdisable on 3560?

Hi,

Not that I'm even sure I want to do this, but is anyone aware of some way to prevent a 3560 L2 switchport from automatically entering errdisable state? It looks like the "errdisable recovery" command could allow me to automatically recover from errdisable, but that will still imply a minimum downtime of 30 seconds ...
