They do both support trunking (dot1q, not sure about isl). But, you need to
realise that the ESW is a switch plugged into a router whereas the NM-2FE
just adds routed interfaces.

I would not expect the ESW to have 400Mbps to the router, come to think of
it I wouldn't expect that of the NM2FE either. Key is that on the ESW you
create vlans for all 4 interfaces, so vlan 200 is the same vlan on all 4
interfaces. This is not the case with the NM-2FE.

So depending on what you're after your mileage may vary.
