[c-nsp] What is a 3570?

Sorry Skeeve, did not catch that despite reading your other mail...

Indeed very little to no mention of a 3570 other than in TAC cases and
manuals. Though I guess their intended use will be along the lines of why
ppl use the 3560 and 3750 as a cpe.
