[c-nsp] 3560 vs 4948 for Datacenter / iSCSI

I ran a production ISP network where I used 3560s for iscsi.  Never had 
any problems - in reality, most end hosts never pushed/pulled anything 
more than 100Mbps (in my environment anyways).
