[c-nsp] Cisco CIT test

Thanks for the advice! I have a small networking lab at home I can use, so
I guess I can set up scenarios for myself. Graham, I did get several SIA
questions.
I need to go back to my Routing TCP/IP Vol. 1 and refresh myself!
