Thanks a lot for comments.
About Cat4500+Sup+24Gig Module - it could be a good choice but unfortunately
it is too expensive for me.
Instead, Cat4948 seems to be a real solution. I'll check for its specs in
more details of course. There is a discussion where people say that this
device can support more than 256 hsrp instances. Here is a link:
http://www.merit.edu/mail.archives/nanog/msg00163.html
As for 3560/3750, I tried to configure 3550 and 3750 as hsrp peers for more
than 32 L3 interfaces according to this document:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/switches/ps646/products_qanda_item09186a00801cb707.shtml#q7
I expected that both switches allow me to configure each hsrp group on
several SVIs and therefore I can bypass the limitation and create more than
32 hsrp instances. For 3550 it was so but not for 3750. I may be wrong but
as far as I remember Cat3750 didn't allow me to configure more than 32 hsrp
interfaces. I'll check it again to be sure.
Thanks a lot again.
