There is a special case of EoMPLS being supported on an SVI for
Sup720 which is referred to as mux-uni.
http://www/en/US/products/hw/routers/ps368/products_configuration_guide_chapter09186a0080699477.html#wp1406020
This feature allows for general L2 connectivity, and IPv4/IPv6/MPLS
routed connectivity to be mixed with vlans that one is doing EoMPLS
for on a single interface. If you are after L2 local switching
between ethernet ports on the same box and then transport that over
EoMPLS then no. To support EoMPLS on SVI with local switching you
need to support address learning. The Sup720 PFC/DFC implementation
does not allow for address learning. In fact doing EoMPLS on an SVI
one could construe as VPLS with a single spoke. The PFC3x/DFC3x can
not support this. That is not to say that next generations of
PFC?x/DFC?x will not support this :) The reason why the SIP/SPA/OSM
modules can support local switching is that they are doing the label
imposition rather than PFC. The PFC in this case sees the packet purely at L2.
