[c-nsp] Cisco 7507 RSP4+ with VIP-2 and 2PA-FE-TX - Replaced with..

I replaced mine with a 6504E.  Used an old FlexWAN card to handle the
PA-T3 card from the 7507 for our DS3 circuit.  Was going to use a Sup32,
but it doesn't work with the FlexWAN (only Enhanced FlexWAN) so went
with the Sup720.  Just as well, we have several Sup720's around the
network...  I run with a single supervisor in our chassis and keep a
single hot spare on hand.  Keeps initials hardware costs down and can go
with a NBD smartnet contract rather than 4hour on everything.  I keep 4
hour on one chassis "just in case".  We don't have to have 100% uptime,
so, this works out well for us.
