[c-nsp] NPE200 and ipv6 anyone ?

I think I did get a early 12.3 IP-Only to boot on a NPE200 just for
grins.  I use 12.1 for production NPE200's.  I would recommend you
try doing a boot from tftp that way you will see if it boots.
