[c-nsp] switch with per vlan in/out snmp accounting

Hi all,

i am searching for a small/medium switch which is able
to process snmp accounting per vlan for ingress and egress 
on tagged ports.
Because it should no L3 device, there is also no vlan interface.

Requirements:
			- L2 only
			- 2-3 Rack Units 
			- about 24 10/100/1000BaseT ports

Any ideas if there is such a device, cisco or not, available?
