Session cleared automagically right after enabling send-label,
because address-family changed. 

Anyway, thanks for help. My test shows that after enabling 'send-label' 
on iBGP session and adding 'set mpls-label' in outbound route-map on iBGP 
session everything works fine, even without local label on egress router.
