OK, another request along these lines.
I am trying to figure out the best router for price/performance for pppoe
sessions being terminated and/or forwarded.
I know an 1811 can handle max 300
I think an 7200npe300/400 is like about 4000 and a G1 8000 and G2 16000 (or
something like that)
I would like to know across the board what the following ranges can do:
1800 (1841,etc)
2800
3800
3640/3660
AS5200/5300
7200npe225
I'm more looking for the theoretical max. Assuming the unit has the maximum
RAM it can handle.

I've found a great Router Performance matrix, and now I am looking for a
switch one.
Looking for information about: Speed (backplane/port), No. of VLAN's, L2/L3
Capability.
I am wanting to compare different 2900, 3500, 3700 switches.
