by default the 2950 will do dot1q trunking rather than ISL
so just

switchport mode trunk
spanning-tree portfast trunk   (if you dont need to worry about spanning tree)

whats the foundry? just setting up a direct link should be okay...no need
for speed setting or 'switchport nonegotiate' and you're not channel bonding/LACP'ing so no need to specify 'channel-protool lacp' on the cisco either.

should 'just work(tm)'
