Try "fast-flood" instead of "ip fast-convergence" - I believe they are related
if not identical.  Other optimisations/tweaks that you may find worth
investigating are 'ispf', 'ip route priority high tag' and 'external overload
signalling'.

(The advice on this thread has been good, and thankfully it's much easier to
find IS-IS info these days than it used to be)
