[c-nsp] 'mirror' a PPPoE session

I've seen the LI stuff... seems awfully painful and expensive.

I'd really rather a tcpdump of sorts.

	You should be able to utilize the appropriate LI mib to have the
box dump the traffic out.  Of course this requires software that supports
it, and enabling snmp writes :(
