Hello people, please excuse for the slightly off-topic question : has anybody had recent experiences with Cogent as an IP transit provider in Europe? I had heard a lot of horror stories a few months ago; but their sales guy is trying to convince me that "things have changed now". Please reply off-list. Thanks! Vincent
