[c-nsp] VTY locks on show commands

Is it directly connected to another Cisco device that you can get to? 
Log into that and "show cdp neighbor detail".

But, it sounds like you'll need to get to it to fix it.  When you're 
there, connect its console to another device's aux for the next time.
