[c-nsp] Cisco Broadband Access Center 2.7

Hi there...

We're are looking at this software: Cisco Broadband Access Center 2.7
however this is for a small deployment (500 cable modems basically) so the
software is total overkill.

Does Cisco make a scaled down version with autoprovisioning and MAC address
controls?
