[c-nsp] memory-size iomem (7200 series)

do you have a NPE-300 or NPE-400 or NPE-G1?
for the NPE-300 the change to make it configurable came in via CSCdv58969
for the NPE-400 the change to make it configurable was CSCdy46150
for the NPE-G1 the change was CSCdx67078
