	Can you see if the wording of this:

is correct?  Where is says:

"Defaults

Disabled
RTSP is enabled
Command Modes ..."

Leads me to believe that NAT payload translation is off by default, but
it was definitely on for a few 12.4(10 through 12) Advanced Ip Services
feature sets I used on 2650XM.  Both of these commands show up in my
running config:

no ip nat service sip tcp port 5060
no ip nat service sip udp port 5060

So it does seem like fixup is enabled by default for SIP.
