We've seen the same crashes recently as well on a 7204VXR/NPE300, which is doing 
DSL agg on a PA-A3-T3 and PA-A3-8T1IMA.  At first the debug pointed to bad RAM, 
which we replaced to no avail.  We ended up going to a NPE-400 and a newer IOS 
and the problems have gone away.
