Hi Michel,
a good starting point would be to collect the logs from before and
during the crash, the "show version", "show stack" and any crashinfo
files you may have. With this information you could take a look at the
crash decoder on CCO or work Cisco TAC or try posting to the alias
(completely unsupported :) )
