[c-nsp] Netflow stats lost

Hi Nikolay,
it reports you that the cache in which NetFlow data are stored is full.
Depending on the architecture and the available options you can:

* enable flow aggregation
* raise the number of cache entries
* play with the flow/cache timeouts
