[c-nsp] multicast filter / one way - solved

hello,
i've changed R2 from 3550 to 3560 and that solved the problem.
R2 - 3560 - c3560-advipservicesk9-mz.122-25.SEE3.bin
i'm pretty sure this is a bug.
