When I try to write mem initially after an upgrade:
test#wr mem

nv_done: unable to open "flash:/config.text.new"
nv_done: unable to open "flash:/private-config.text.new"[OK]

cdg-tis-sw1#fsck flash:
Fsck operation may take a while. Continue? [confirm]
