[c-nsp] Diverting specific L2TP xDSL users traffic

Hi,
We have DSL users who are migrating to a different provider and require
port 80 redirection until the migration is complete.
This subset of users are carried to several LNS's via L2TP from Telco
and as yet, are not distinguished from any other user via RADIUS
attributes etc. in our PoP.
Can this be done or has any one ideas on 'best' way to do this? Could we
assign from
specific pools/address space and route them via Policy Based Routing for
example and then use GRE tunnels to get them across to the target
'holding page' www server?
Either way, the destination IP of their traffic will not have changed.
Is this not what we need to do?
Thanks,
Mark
