[c-nsp] Black Box TS027A-R2 used for testing Cisco gear

Anyone ever encounter this issue?:

Using a Black Box TS027A-R2 ethernet tester to test the 10/100 ports rather
than connect a device to every port on a WS-C3524-XL-EN. The Black Box tests
ports successfully. Then to compare, the WS-C3524-XL-EN is configured and
connected to devices rather than just use the Black Box tester. Result -
none of the ports are working.

Called in to Black Box Tech support and after a short conversation detailing
the issue, the CSR informed me that when testing Cisco, they advise you not
to use the TS027A-R2 or any standard Black Box ethernet tester. Because of
how a Cisco switch handles the pulse from the tester, it can give false
readings. They advised tester to use is the TPAM128335.

Comments, advise and other experience appreciated.
