[c-nsp] NTP Support Missing?

Hi folks....

This is mainly for Cisco guys who are on this list....

Is Cisco going to standardize on NTP support for ALL their devices?  I guess
the same could be asked about SSH but that seems to be getting better...

Example is Cisco 851 routers - they have no NTP support even with latest
release.  I find this weird since even the older 806 routers have NTP
support today...
