[c-nsp] 3660 Hot Swap?

I found that and another document after I found out that it's called OIR and
not just Hot Swap.  Heh.  I can verify that the 3660 does not pitch a fit
when you pull a NM-1FE-TX out of it.

The 3660 supports OIR for the NM, but not the 3620/3640:

As you said, OIR is not supported for WIC cards.
