[c-nsp] Native VLAN mismatches between 2924/2950

You shouldn't be using VLAN 1 anyway, but it does not get the
name from the configuration.  This appears to be an
incompatibility between the two switches, and if you want to stop
the message you'll need to turn off CDP on one of them.
