[c-nsp] 12.3 / 12.4 sgbp/vpdn incompatible?

Did some more testing - using a working PE router, which I changed to Multilink PPP (though using only one channel) worked fine, showing up with two virtual interfaces on the LAC, with encap PPP on the Radius entry. Changing the protocol to either MP or MPP made connections impossible.

Any ideas?
