I think that's correct, I took my example from the Cisco documentation and
it just happened to work. :) Other folks had mentioned issues with the
pvc. In our lab setting we saw almost the same situation with an ATM
circuit with incrimenting output numbers and no input packets. Deleting and
readding the PVC, as previously mentioned fixed this.
