[c-nsp] eigrp & redist ospf learned default route

I'm not sure about anything :-)

But I was fairly certain prom prior configs I've done that
redistribution of a default route from OSPF to EIGRP didn't work and I
have an even more vague recollection that in another scenario
redistribution of a static default did work.

Maybe my memory is broken or maybe it's platform/version dependant?
