[c-nsp] Interface bandwidth and Asymetric Links

Hello All,

Im am just working through some QoS setup for a customer who has an 5mb/2mb
asymetric (wireless) link. That's 5mb down and 2mb up.

How do I set the bandwidth on the interface correctly? Is it:
 interface FastEthernet0
 bandwidth 2048
 bandwidth receive 5000

Or do I have these commands around the wrong way? Cisco always has a habit
of doing my head in when it comes to "In" and "Out".
