"bandwidth" is the outgoing BW, so the above statements are correct.
However: What type of QoS are you planning to do on this link? Unless
you're trying to do inbound policing using the "percent" keyword, you
don't need to care about the inbound bandwidth. Outgoing queuing policy
requires that "bandwidth" is set correctly. So you don't need the
"bandwidth receive" command (or feature) to perform proper QoS on this
link.
