[c-nsp] pruned routes, memory still low on Cisco 7507

You might check the nanog archive and consider trying out the 
RIR-minimums prefix-list I posted a few weeks ago.  If you do, default 
routes are recommended unless you want to null route all the silly 
networks that deagg all their CIDRs...but you're probably already doing 
one of the two.
