[c-nsp] 6704-10GE bug ? [NC]

Hello list .
Has anyone ever encountered a bug on a 6509 using 6704-10GE and Sup 720 
3BXL. 
We are running 12.2(18)SXF8 on it on both 10GE linecards went down on the 
same time this morning here............................We had to reload it 
to get things back to normal .

Any inputs are welcome ,
