[c-nsp] 100 meg links - VIP2-50 or VIP4-50?

Embarrassingly, RSP4 w/256MB. It's been stable at around 25-35MB free
for the past year without much change, but they're going away soon
either way as I cannot guess how much more growth they can take.

What sort of RSP are you using? How's it doing for free RAM?
