I have a core 6500 sup II switch that is connected to 2 default network paths. On the switch Im running EIGRP with a 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 X.X.X.X . When that goes down I want the default network to adjust to default network #2 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 H.H.H.H . what is the best practice for this? I put in a weight statement and pulled the default X.X.X.X connection but the H.H.H.H did not pick up.. Any thoughts on this?
