[c-nsp] OT: Check Point v Cisco PIX (ASA 5500 Series)

I've run many TCP transfer based failover tests on PIXen and ASAs.  Assuming 
they are configured for stateful failover, you won't even notice the blip.

So, not really a win for any vendor.  They should all be able to do this 
today.
