Framed-Netmask is assumed all ones if not provided, so skip it.
You also do not need a Framed-IP-Address if your only goal is to give
them a subnet unless the CPE really requires it. You have have the
CPE connect, get a dynamic address and the 7200 is smart enough to
just route the subnet (Framed-Route) down the connected VI.
ie: Framed-Route = "192.168.1.0/29"
Will just work...
