The NPE-G1 should handle this just fine. None of the smaller L3 switches
will handle it because of the Netflow requirement (the rest is easy).
Since you don't need a full table, you might also consider the ME6500
platform - only a little bit more expensive than the 7200, hardware
based forwarding. A possible drawback is that it is Ethernet only.
If you want a nice small box for this job and are willing to consider a
different vendor, the Juniper M7i is 2U and will handle this (and more)
in hardware without breaking a sweat.
