[c-nsp] If BGP is running on a circuit, if you ping the other end you get loss. kill the BGP (and thus the traffic..) no more loss.

Open-source tools like nfdump/nfsen, Stager, ntop; commercial tools  
like Narus, Arbor, et. al.  Depends on what you want to use the  
NetFlow telemetry to see.
