[c-nsp] PIX subinterfaces and routing

You can upgrade the 515e, assuming you have the flash/memory to do so,
to the latest 7, and 8 pix trains.

The number of vlans/subinterfaces really depends on your license.  The
restrictions do transmit up through the upgrade process.
