As the number of VLANs grows past two thousand on a pair of 6500s
we have, VLAN database operations do tend to take longer.  Not
minutes, but often 15-30 seconds.  This is on SXF.

It's probably just informational to explain that nothing is wrong.
The first time I ever saw it take a while, I was pretty nervous.  It'd
have been nice to have a little note that things were just fine!
